Apply for the mentoring programme and get the unique opportunity to connect with an experienced career mentor from the business world. Our mentors represent a wide range of industries and organizations, including companies like Novo Nordisk, UN Global Compact, Carlsberg, Copenhagen Municipality and Ganni. The programme is designed to support your career development, help you understand the job market, and provide valuable perspectives when considering future possibilities.

The programme reaches over a period of approximately 6 months and as a mentee you are expected to complete the online mentee training and meet up with your mentor and/or mentor group a minimum of 4 times. The programme is a unique opportunity for professional guidance and development, so we also expect our mentees to be engaged and eager to learn and participate throughout the different steps of the programme.
Key dates:
- Application period: July 1 – October 20, 2026
- Mandatory online Teams mentee preparation meeting (approx. 50 min) followed by a mandatory online quiz (approx 30 min) - October 2026
- Programme duration: November 2026 – May 2027
- Minimum of 4 mentoring sessions required

You are a graduate student or a 2nd/3rd year bachelor student.
