Graduate programme vs. entry-level job – what’s the difference? 

A graduate programme is a structured full-time position designed specifically for recent graduates. It typically runs for two years and includes rotations across departments – sometimes internationally – to help you build both professional and personal skills to launch your career. 

An entry-level job is a regular (often permanent) position suitable for new graduates ready to start their career. Prior work experience is usually not required.

This event is relevant for master’s students and recent graduates (up to their first job) from CBS.
